The requirements were drawn from the NEXCOM specific Advisory Circular, Technical Standard Order, RTCA documents, and other relevant industry documents. The human factors considerations were obtained from information produced by the NEXCOM Human Factors Working Group. The second part of the report provides general guidance information that applies to more than one of the NEXCOM attributes or functions.
